Assured Revenue now offers automated USPS mail at a fraction of the cost of in-house mailings. DoorSwap can send statements, late notices, and certified mail automatically, speeding up the collections process while saving money.

A variety of mail products are available, starting with a folded security postcard. This economical choice lets you send late notices and other notifications starting at 42 cents, including first class postage. Standard letter-size options are also available. Certified mail with an electronic return receipt can also be sent automatically from DoorSwap. Your certified mail tracking number can be clicked to instantly show you the delivery status of that notice. And your electronic return receipt is automatically attached to the customer record for easy access.

All mailed items are attached as an image to the customer record for complete record keeping, and proof of delivery.
